Mr.DeVol attended Penn State University, where he graduated with a major in Real Estate. Mr. DeVol has been active with the Penn State Alumni Association and West Chester Kiwanis, where he served as President.

Mr. DeVol joined his father after graduation to become the third generation DeVol in the life insurance business. He holds equity and insurance licenses for all lines.
