Using Psychological Profiling to Manage and Resolve Employee Related Problems
In 1997, SERAPH developed the first management program based on the science of psychological profiling. This program provides an accurate way to assess negative behavior patterns in people. Each year the business community faces new challenges related to employees. Sexual harassment, employee retention, theft, embezzlement, staff conflicts, cultural conflicts and employee aggression are just some of the growing number of problems which create dissent and can cause financial loss.
Our programs provide management teams with the ability to prevent, investigate and resolve negative and violent behavior in people and employees.
Our programs train participants to think differently about negative human behavior by teaching a usable form of forensic psychology.
Along with assessment of behavior, VIVA provides a set of skills which participants can use to be more productive when encountering a negative situation. These skills include the control of fear and emotion in themselves and verbal tactics to control an individual.
EPRT - Emergency Psychological Response Training
EPRT provides the participants with a complete curriculum of emergency assessment and resolution protocol. Participants will be provided with two elements of emergency response.
- The first will be assessment skills to predict or detect an emergency before it is fully developed. This portion of the training develops the skill set of early detection of a crisis, this allows for early response by police or emergency personnel.
- The second will be specific action plans for specific emergencies. Participants will be trained through the use of high-level role playing and testing.
The following emergency events will be covered in these sessions.
- Natural Disasters
- Internal Emergencies – Fire, Medical
- Chemical and Biological Attack
This program will be custom designed to the corporate regulations of your company. After the training sessions are performed. We will provide two – 1-hour telephone conferences with you and your staff to assist you in the implementation of this program.

Businesses, Corporations, Employees, and Customers
SERAPH provides training programs to individuals, small businesses, corporations and organizations in identity theft awareness and prevention. SERAPH subject matter experts assist individuals in protection measures to prevent identity theft within the home, school and workplace. SERAPH provides identity theft awareness programs, assists in identifying the threat and recognizing vulnerabilities for businesses, corporations and organizations to protect employees, customers, owners, and members.
SERAPH can provide discovery of identity theft quickly and provide thorough investigations so restoration may begin. If an investigation discovers identity theft has occurred, SERAPH will investigate how the breach occurred, identify the perpetrator(s) and assist in the recovery process.
When a breach of personal data of individuals, employees and/or customers is compromised, SERAPH assists potential victims in the recovery process from the incident, which ultimately can mitigate damages incurred. SERAPH will assist the business crisis by conducting notification (to notify individuals whose personal identifications may have been compromised), restoring the confidence of customers and recovery services for victims.

“Security can be a profit center in any type of business”
Dale Yeager, 2001
In the management of a nightclub, concert facility or entertainment venue, managing aggression and emergencies can be overwhelming.
The SERAPH E.V.R.M. Program provides venue management with unique consulting and training services to turn managers and security staff into a cohesive team of professionals who can predict and prevent facility based crime and effectively manage emergencies.
SERAPH provides a three-phase process, which will allow for the development of a “model” security management system, through improved intervention by managers and security personnel.
THE PROCESS
PHASE 1: Security Management Assessment
SERAPH performs an assessment of the management policies and performance by security team members and managers.
OUTCOMES:
- The assessment allows the SERAPH team to understand the specific security processes of each venue and which processes may be creating liability exposure.
- With this information, the SERAPH team will take our existing training programs and customize them to the specific corporate policies of the parent company, to develop a customized training program.
PHASE 2: Security Management Training
Multiple training sessions are provided to bring the security and management team members to a new level of security management.
OUTCOMES:
- Improved team work
- Decrease in liability exposure
- Improved management
PHASE 3: Train the Trainer Program
To build capacity within the company SERAPH provides a progressive certification program for select members of the security and management teams.
OUTCOMES:
- Increased practice by security and management team members
- Defense in legal actions
- Reduces long term training costs
