SERAPH SCHOOL SERVICES provides problem solving for School Administrators, School Boards and Departments Of Education.

In 1989, SERAPH designed and performed the first U.S. SCHOOL SECURITY MANAGEMENT AUDIT . SERAPH’s research work on school safety and child violence has been published in

• Texas Attorney Generals’ report on School Safety
• FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin, “Addressing School Violence”.

In 2000, SERAPH was asked to provide a report on the “STATE OF SCHOOL SAFETY IN AMERICAN SCHOOLS” to members of Congress, specifically the U.S. SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.

SERAPH has provided three reports to Congress.

Dale Yeager’s expertise in the arena of school safety and security is beyond reproach. I have observed Dale and his team working with school districts within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
