SERAPH CEO Dale Yeager will be the keynote speaker this year at the ACAMS/ACFE/FIRMA Joint Conference in Philadelphia.

The conference which will be jointly sponsored by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists and The Fiduciary and Investment Risk Management Association will focus on Fraud, Money Laundering and Risk Management within the financial sectors.

 

Mr. Yeager a Forensic Profiler will speak on “Leadership vs. Management Preventing Security,
Aggression and Deception Issues” for the mornings opening session.

Forensic Profiler Dale Yeager was a Keynote Speaker on politically Leftist Domestic Terrorism at the 2016 FBI InfraGard ASIS International Conference in Orlando Florida.

 

Mr. Yeager spoke about radical groups who hold politically leftist views and are directly or Forensic Profiler Dale Yeager Keynote Speaker on Domestic Terrorism FBI InfraGard Conference involved in violence against police and other entities.

 

He spoke about ActUp, PETA, ELF, ALF and Black Lives Matter and their origins in the turbulent political climate of the 1990s.

InfraGard is an FBI-coordinated public/private partnership for infrastructure protection and the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center is a fusion center operated under the direction of the Philadelphia Police Department.

The terrorist attacks in Paris France have brought the issue of travel safety and students to the national spotlight. Families of murdered or injured students thought that France and Western Europe were safe. They were wrong.

It never ceases to amaze me how many parents trust the most valuable humans in their lives to teachers, principals and college administrators.

I routinely hear these statements when I speak about travel safety;

“Oh Dale, the high school French teacher has a lot of experience traveling.” or “The College / University has a lot of experience with semesters abroad.”

A new training program entitled the SCHOOL SAFETY ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM which provides schools with federal level training to assist in securing Special Education funding has been announced today.

 

The new program trains and certifies school based personnel to audit their safety, emergency management and Special Education systems – known by the U.S. Department of Education as a Climate Assessment. This assessment provides important documentation for schools to apply for Federal grant monies.

The U.S. Department of Education‘s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) released today a list of the higher education institutions under investigation for possible violations of federal law over the handling of sexual violence and harassment complaints.

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in all education programs or activities that receive federal financial assistance. In the past, Department officials confirmed individual Title IX investigations at institutions, but today’s list is the first comprehensive look at which campuses are under review by OCR for possible violations of the law’s requirements around sexual violence.

SERAPH President Dale Yeager lectured recently at Peirce College in Philadelphia on Business Leadership and the Peter Drucker Management model for department heads and undergraduate students.

“I was a student of Dr. Drucker for many years.” states Yeager. “Sharing the Drucker model of true leadership is one of my passions. So many organizations suffer from weakness the weakness of the ‘Leaders’.”
