School Safety Speaker


The Florida Association of School Administrators announced today a partnership with SERAPH a school safety and educational management firm located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

The partnership was sought by FASA to bring problem solving and training continuity to its members.

“SERAPH is the premier educational management organization in North America. They have the proven solutions that our members need to protect students and staff. Their proactive programs directly affect a schools’ ability to reach educational goals.” states Executive Director Jim Warford.

SERAPH has provided school safety and educational management services to over 26,000 schools since its founding and beginning in the year 2000, the firm was asked by Congress to provide a bi yearly report to them entitled “The State of School Safety in American Schools”.

“What impressed us about SERAPH was their philosophy “A well managed school is a safe school”. They have a model that uses trained school administrators to assess and provide management solutions to school safety issues such as Truancy, Lateness, Gangs, Negative Behavior Cliques, Adult Aggression and Liability Issues,” says Warford. “This management focus is unique and from our research of the company, it works.”
